Adoptions Together is a non-profit organization whose vision is that every child will have lifelong connections to a caring, nurturing family. This amazing organization helps both adults and children realize the dream of having a stable and loving family environment. NetLink makes monetary donations to Adoptions Together and sponsors its annual “Swing Into Action for Kids Golf Tournament” fundraiser. NetLink President Steve Short and his wife, Susan Short, adopted their two children through the domestic infant program at Adoptions Together and Susan has served on the Board of Directors.
The Washington Master Chorale is a semiprofessional chorus in Washington, D.C., that seeks to advance American choral excellence by combining professional artistry with the beauty of the voice and the written word, and to contribute new American works to the choral canon by facilitating the creation of new high-caliber choral works. Since 2009, NetLink has donated free technical services in the form of web hosting, along with monetary donations, which allows this great organization to have a solid web presence for brand awareness and fundraising. In addition, NetLink associate Christopher J. Hinkle serves on the Washington Master Chorale Board of Directors.
Each year, the Marriott Foundation hosts an annual gala to celebrate its annual achievements, honor partners and contributors, as well as generate additional support for its Bridges Program, which places more than 10,000 young people with disabilities with more than 1,750 employers. Since 2010, NetLink has supported this noteworthy endeavor by purchasing tickets and attending the galas.
Serving the hospitality industry for more than a century, American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA) is the sole national association representing all sectors and stakeholders in the lodging industry, including individual hotel property members, hotel companies, student and faculty members, and industry suppliers.
